General questions.

Quick answers to what most prospects ask in the first conversation.

We work with established and growing organizations across 11 sectors — healthcare, education, software, real estate, trading, retail, logistics, diagnostics, manufacturing, food & beverage, and e-commerce. Our clients range from regional players preparing for expansion to multi-market companies optimizing existing operations. If you're not sure whether we're a fit for your sector or stage, the fastest way to know is a 30-minute call.
We're headquartered in Cairo, with a remote-first team operating across the region. We serve clients across the Middle East and North Africa primarily, with select international engagements where our sector expertise applies.
Three things, in practice: senior-only engagements (you work with people who've operated, not analysts), execution accountability (we stay through implementation, not just strategy hand-off), and tailored-not-templated work (no recycled frameworks). The full breakdown is on our Why Choose Us page.

Services & engagements.

What we offer, how engagements are structured, and how to scope the right one.

Both. While our core work is multi-month strategic engagements that span Discovery through Optimization, we also take on focused projects — brand audits, market entry studies, organizational design, performance marketing diagnostics, and similar scoped work. The right engagement model depends on what you need and where you are. We'll help you scope it.
Yes. While our methodology integrates both pillars, many engagements focus on a single domain. Some clients begin with one pillar and expand into the other after seeing results.
Yes — particularly during the Execution, Monitoring, and Optimization phases of an engagement, where ongoing support produces meaningfully better outcomes. Retainers are typically structured around defined deliverables and KPIs, not just availability.
We embed alongside internal teams. Strategy that bypasses internal stakeholders rarely sticks. Our role is to bring outside perspective, structured frameworks, and senior expertise — while making sure your team owns the result.

Process & methodology.

How we work, what to expect at each phase, and how engagements are typically structured.

Most engagements span 3 to 9 months end-to-end, structured across our six-step methodology. Discovery and Analysis usually run 2–6 weeks, Strategy Design 2–4 weeks, and Execution onwards depending on scope. Smaller scoped engagements (e.g. a market entry study or brand audit) can run 4–8 weeks. Optimization phases often continue as ongoing retainers.
KPIs are defined together at the start of the engagement (Stage 03 in our methodology). They're tracked throughout via custom dashboards and reviewed at structured cadences. Both leading indicators (e.g. pipeline velocity, hire quality, brand awareness lift) and lagging indicators (revenue, retention, market share) are agreed upfront.
Each phase produces a defined deliverable: a Discovery Brief, a Strategic Insights Report, a Tailored Strategy Roadmap, an Implementation Plan, Performance Dashboards, and an Optimization Plan. The full list is on the Approach page.
Senior team members lead every engagement directly, supported by domain specialists where the work calls for them (e.g. a paid media specialist for a performance marketing engagement). You'll know exactly who's working on your account and meet them before signing.

Pricing & terms.

Honest answers about how we structure fees and what to expect commercially.

Pricing depends on scope, complexity, and engagement model. We offer three structures: fixed-scope projects (defined deliverable, fixed fee), monthly retainers (ongoing strategic support), and outcome-linked engagements (a portion of fee tied to agreed KPIs — available for select engagement types). We share full pricing transparently in our proposal after the initial scoping conversation.
Yes. The initial 30-minute strategy call is complimentary — no pitch deck, no pressure. It's there for both of us to figure out fit before any commitment.
Project engagements run for the agreed scope. Retainers typically run for 6 or 12 months with a 30-day notice period either way after the minimum term. We don't lock clients in — if the work isn't producing results, we want to know early.
